Hammerhead642 Posted May 27, 2013 Share Posted May 27, 2013 Ok. so I installed skyrim with mods. when I go to create a character or load on, the games crashes back to the desktop and no messages. Its has been going on for a while and I can't seem to find the cause. I did the whole routine of updating drivers, checking mods to see what is the cause(although I ran with all of the mods in the load order before and it worked). Restarting System. NMM. BOSS to check load order. TES5Edit to check if load order works. All of the above checks out green. SO I don't know what is causing the crashes. no error messages show up when the game crashes. I can't think of anything else to do except for uninstalling the mods, but like I said, I ran with more than this many mods before and the game doesn't crash. I didn't modify my ini. file prior to these crashes and the game ran fine, so i could be the ini file. Then again, I may have some mods that conflict with each other and I don't know about it. So if its my ini. files, tell me some recommended settings for them so i can solve it. If it is my load order or mod conflicts, tell my which mods, why they conflict, and which mod should I choose.
