You must have a mod that alters VDoor01. That door in robotics to where the Gear door is at, is never locked.

The right-hand door to HYD used to be locked. But looks like it isn't now. If you went that way, nothing works because the triggers are on the side where the welders are at. This will be fixed in 1.1.1

Do you have any mods that change the nifs or textures of explosions? Though it could also be a spike overload on your computer's resources.

1)After playing through the dream sequence as a nerd I talked to Jen in her room and she acted as if I'm a jock who just left Bragg's office,after the very weird and creepy congratulations on my great game I could start the How do I Gurl quest.
2)After having left the vault as an athlete and enclave loyalist.I noticed that I had both the Killer of the vault and Saviour of the vault perks.
3)Playing as an athlete I visited the jock who rammed me at the very begging of the game.I started the conversation during which I got a quest to visit him.After I made fun of him for being a cripple it said that I completed the quest,but it was still marked as an active quest.
4(?)Is Jen supposed to keep following you even if you sided with the enclave?
5)Chevy Bragg and that guy at the entrance to her office attacked me while I was fleeing the meltdown despite me being an enclave supporter.I'm not 100% sure but I think that they didn't attack me in another loyalist playthrough because I talked to them before the meltdown.
6(?)When I fled the meltdown as a loyalist I found it weird that that one enclave guy at the exit was hostile and all the vault security fellas where completely fine with me.
7)When you get the "Vault politician" perk that it says that you get +10 Speech +1 CHR -1 LCK,when in fact it only gives +10 Speech.
8 )After talking to Chevy about becoming a soldier she says that i'll be issued my uniform and sidearm (I assume it's the VS armor and a pistol) but I never get them.When I later talk to Coach Bragg he comments how my (non-existent) uniform looks great on me.
9(?)I got the quest to make Jamie and Eric break up or keep them together.If I tell Jamie to dump Eric for me she says that she needs to talk to him and that she'll meet me at my house.I'm pretty sure that that should qualify as "making them break up" but the quest remains active.
10(?)As a nerd who fought his way through to the upper apartments I only have the dialogue options for the pipes and to get out of my way when eric asks me where I came from.
I realize that some of these are more like questions,rather than bglitch reports...sorry.

1. We just fixed this one in the 1.1.1 patch.
2. Should be fixed now too. I think. I'll have to double check with Rick.
3. Fixed now. The way you get around it is to talk to him in the prequel after the game. We need to set a quest that points to him, because people tend to miss him in the infirmary.
4. If Jen is a follower AND THEN you join the Enclave, we need to set her to run away.
5. This is now fixed. Has a faction confusion issue.
6. Fixed. I think, as we fixed the dead patriots. The V-Sec that were hostile were jut way overpowered and were killing players in 1.0.0
7. Ha. We really need to update those.
8. We had it implemented at one time, but scrapped it.
9. We just had a guy join the team tonight who will be programming and writing that mess to completion as part of BETA 2.
10. That's... all there is.

Yes - #2 is fixed in 1.1.1

Installed the mod and started a new game, and all of my mod popups came and went. I could hear stuff going on in the game world, but nothing ever loaded, it stayed as a black screen. I can still access the save menu, but that's the extent of my control.
