I was wondering how do i change NPC appearance? And if i already make character, can i change my character hairstyle by console?

Just to be clear, showracemenu and showbarbermenu work for the player character, but do not work for NPCs. If you want to change an NPC's appearance, the only way I know how to do it is to modify that NPC in the geck (create your own mod for that NPC).

 

Also, be aware that running showbarbermenu doesn't have any bad side effects that I am aware of. However, showracemenu will cause all of your perks to be disabled. You will still have them but they won't work properly. You can fix it by using the console to remove each perk and then add them back again, which is a  bit of a pain if you've got a lot of perks or have custom perks. I forget the name of it, but there's a mod that allows you to safely change your race (basically the same as showracemenu) by using mirrors scattered throughout the game. There's also a console trick you can use so your perks don't get screwed up but I don't recall exactly how it works.
