Your post nearly made me cry too. Cancer is a hell of a thing, it not only kills you, but you have to pay quite a lot to get yourself fixed which left my parents in the position yours are in. My mum now had to sell our house just to clear all her debts.

I admire your courage and I wish I could donate more. Stay strong and i hope all the best to your family and loved ones again. <3

Treating people to Guild Wars, man I hear nothing but commendable things... At least, if you pass, not saying from this, but just in general, that is what you'll be remembered for, and what you'll remember personally And glad to hear that there are no worries to bother you in regards to the mod.

Hm, another operation doesn't actually seem all that far, when it comes down to money. But did you say, that the neurosurgeons are suggesting and very open that you go forward with the operation?

I was told it was too close to the brain stem or on the brain stem and it is inoperable. However as far as I know it just means I have a big chance of dying on the table, but I am going to die anyway if I don't do it. Some nice people here pointed me to some neurologists, so I called them up.
