Hello all, I'm new to the modding community and am having a bit of trouble.
I've tried downloading FOMM, and every time I tried to open it, I'd get "FOMM has stopped working" almost a second after clicking the icon.
I tried moving the files around, I tried install .NET framework 4.5, I tried uninstalling, re-installing, everything.
So I said to hell with it, and tried downloading NMM.
And what do you know: the same exact thing happened
NMM has stopped working.
Any help would be appreciated.

First guess - you installed a bunch of mods all at once without testing.

First try BOSS - if that doesn't work, post your BOSS load order here. Maybe someone will see something obvious that you missed.

Did you remember to install NVSE?

Next - uninstall everything - get the vanilla game working - install your mods in sets of 3 to 5 and TEST between each set. When you crash - remove all of that set and test again to be sure it works - then install the mods from that set one at a time to find the culprit.
