The appearance of your UNP/UNPB/UNPC Full armors won't change after installing SeveNBase.
You won't have any skin texture issues.

This post kinda confuses me a little. I was about to install Sexy female armory mod but I am not sure cause there is a SeveNbase section, so does it matter which one I install and are there clipping issues? And this mod only changes my character and not all NPCS?

This mod will change all your vanilla characters and NPCs. Any NPCs that you appear in your game via a mod AND are packaged with their own body meshes will be unchanged. Any custom races that have a folder for their own meshes (like Temptress, for example) will be unaffected unless you manually take the contents of this mod and put them in the proper folder for that race.
As to the armor question, it matters aesthetically, but it won't crash your game or anything. Here's why: Every torso section of armor (i.e., every armor piece that occupies slot 32) is built around a body mesh. When you equip this piece of armor, its body mesh will "replace" the body mesh you have installed (the body mesh you see when your toon is naked) until you unequip that piece of armor. So, for example, if you have sevenbase installed and you equip a piece of torso armor designed for UNPB, then while you're wearing that armor, your character will look UNPB. So if you want to look Sevenbase while wearing armor, equip armor made for Sevenbase.
Clipping issues depend on the mod. Some UNP/B/C stuff can be worn on 7B. Figure that if it doesn't cover the butt, thighs or breasts, there probably won't be any clipping issues that aren't present on its native body.

I'd beg to differ - my experience is that almost all variants of UNP show clipping with SevenBase + any texture. Clipping is around breasts, thighs, and possibly arms.
Only real exception I can find is Belisarius' UNPB -BBP conversion of Ashara's Princess of the Woods set of outfits.

If it's a full armor (with body in the mesh) there is no clipping with 7B because with those armors 7B isn't used.
Also textures are to 100% compatible, because 7B needs UNP textures to work.
Have you installed wrong textures?
Again, you need a UNP compatible texture set.

OK, after some testing, I guess that I should re-phrase my comment: My experience is that when using the Vilja mod, with the Vilja Unique body patch (making the mod pretty much a standalone), and the Sevenbase bombshell body with Barbarian skin (from barbarian and milkdrinker texture mod), almost all UNP armors / clothings will clip.
As a test,I set up the above Sevenbase / skin texture, but as just the normal replacer set. Using Lydia as a test case (she's easy to get to), I got no clipping with any UNP or UNPB - BBP outfit I tried.
Now, to my untrained eye, there should be no real difference between those two setups body-wise. My Vilja game is, however, rather well modded. In addition, it has CBBE installed as the standard body / skin replacer as well as other mods. This should not be too unusual, though, so any suggestions as to why I am getting these issues?

Again if you use a full armor there cannot occure clipping(there can be clipping if the armor isn't well aligned, but this is caused by the original mesh), since a full armor uses it's own body mesh.
If you use CBBE textures with SeveNBase you will get texture issues.
I don't know about the Vilja mod, you should ask the author about it. I cannot care about other mods.
What do you understand by clipping?
Clipping means mesh issues, where a part of the armor for example shows skin parts which shouldn't be there. So clipping is not caused by textures.
