For those of you that are looking for a great artifact in Mournhold look no further.
By killing King Hlaalu at the end of the tribunal quests on his corpse you can find
the royal signet ring.

Constant Effect
Resist Magicka 100%
Resist Paralysis 100%
Restore Health 10pts
Restore Fatigue 10pts

Well unless you have hacked you character this is well worth getting. I have no guilt in killing him as he was first attempting to murder me.
