i dunno... but for most of us... its all in our heads (i don't think that it is ACTUALLY PHYSICALLY addictive)... Skooma is such a funny word that you gotta put it in your pipe and smoke it... :blink:

all i ever think when i see a bottle of skooma is, "woo another 500 gold!" i dont ever waste my time drinking the stuff, u can get a bunch of quality fortify speed potions for that price.
