Myth, that is actually a funny idea. And whenever you talk to someone, they have a slow deep voice, like the 'Kidnapper phone voice'. Kinda like Will Ferrel when he gits hit by the dart gun in 'Old School'. Hell yes

It would be so cool if someone wrote a script where some NPC's take skooma and wig out or do funny things. It would involve manipulating the AI a little but it wouldn't be very hard, and it would make for some hilarious moments. Like have one or two NPC's in Balmora 'toke up" at random times, and just do oddball things around the town, just apply the same script to a number of NPC's in different towns, for example some people in the sewers in Vivec is another ggod place to have people doing skooma. Now that I think about it, how come this hasn't been done before?
