I have given this file a rating of 10

This is so beautiful, words can't adequately describe it. I'm rating this a 10, but it's a beta 10. This is a great beginning to build upon for that region. The lay of the land is rolling and pleasing to the eye, as are the buildings, and everything is so well placed. Unfortunately, I can't keep thhis mod in my game because the current version changes some topics, for example, the guard's crime topic, to a non-english language, I believe German. Even changing load order doesn't fix it, and I got into the editor to just remove those topics from the guards, but I don't know how.
Update: Took a different approach. Using TESsnip, I opened the esp file and deleted the entire "GRUP (DIAL)" and subtrees and then saved the changes. To do this, I simply chose "GRUP (DIAL)" and chose "delete" from TESsnip's "edit" menu. This seems to have left all the physical aspects of the mod intact while getting rid of all the added dialog. So now, all NPCs respond in english like normal. Not a bad compromise I'd say. This is such a great mod, I wasn't going to give up on it for some pidly reason like language barrier.

Oops, no, I didn't explain well. I don't have an English version of this mod. I simply removed the mod's custom dialog from the mod on my own computer so that I could play it, and I thought I'd explain to people with English versions of the game how to go about doing the same if they so wish. So now each of the characters that this mod adds is still in there, but they all have just the default english dialog provided by oblivion.esm and whatever other mods you may have installed that change global NPC topics. The downside obviously is that no custom Valenwood dialog is there. So if you want to ask a resident of one of the Valenwood towns for information about that town, the topic doesn't appear. I don't mind that though, because this mod adds so much to the game world where previously there was nothing worth exploring. I do hope there will eventually be quests in english in the Valenwood region.

I should mention the only noticeable flaw I've found in this worth mentioning so far: The tall tombstones with thhe stone garghoyles sitting on top are that pink-purplish color, indicating a missing texture. The gargoyles sitting at the top of them look fine.

Is 0.35 an update or a full version? 0.33 was much bigger than the actual file.

it looks beautifull, that's sad there's no english version of it !...it would be a must have, thats for sure !
