There is no magic preset that will work for the whole game as it is heavily color graded from location to location. Every screenshot I made uses a different config, both SweetFX and Dsfix (AO, DoF).
I see you are already on the right track by getting Boulotaur's sfx as for the ambient occlusion - use Asmodean's updated version of VSSAO which you can get from his post on neogaf:

These settings are most certainly not only for screenshots if you have a average comp by today's standards and play with "normal"  internal rendering / resolution you can easily pull of 30fps. But to really enjoy the game you wold have to have multiple sfx presets and shuffle them as you go along the game world.
