The final reward for completing all the Morag Tong quests. It's a daedric dagger with a 300-750 point (over time) drain health enchantment. Kills anything except gods in one hit, and makes you immune to damage while they die. Add in sneak/chameleon and you're invulnerable.

extravagant ring with soultrap for 45 seconds.

a lot of keys and lockpicks
20-30 exclusive restore health potions
10-20 exclusive restore fatigue potin
3 of all other exclusive restore except restore magicka becaus i never use magic
few grand soulgems

I mixed and matched armor, my favorite combo was glass pauldrons with dark brotherhood curiass, and greaves, deadric gauntlets and boots. i always used the deadric dai-katana.

depends on what charactor Im using but for my uber charactor I got:

Full set daedric armor (amaisingly enough off of the guy in tell fer withought killing him)
daedric Dia Katana
100+ silver darts

Jesus stone (exquisite amulete w/ constant effect water walking)
telekinisis ring (exquisite ring w/ constant effect telekinisis)
Night vision (exquisite ring w/ you get the drill)
flight amulet (ditto)

2x lockpicks
2x probes
