Could someone tell me were in balmora is balyn omavel, because i have a quest to poison him

balen omavel's house is on the northeast side of the river in balmora its kinda hard to see his house on the map cuz its on the second story overtop someone else's house and on the map its incorrectly spelled as "balen omarels house" hope this helps
