Please use this thread to discuss topics that involve heavy amounts of spoilers about the projects. Please keep spoilers OUT of the other threads and general discussion. If you have a question about a specific story event, or wish to review or post comments on a specific section that you cannot do without spoiling part of the mod, post it here.

I have just finished this mod's main quests and a couple side quests without cheating and by walking everywhere at level 22; here is a quick review with a bit of constructive criticism(spoilers):

-The voice acting and music were flawless and professionally done. I really liked how no vanilla voices were used at all.
-The cut scenes were amazing however there was often an awkward delay(most likely a problem with my game not the mod)
-Some of the side quests could really have been expanded upon; for example the haunted watchtower could have been a much longer quest with many cool effects that you are very capable of expanding. This could have been a mystery type of quest where you had to find the reason of the residents restlessness(with obviously a better reason for not being able to die peacefully)
-You have left much potential for expansion packs, but based on your forums I doubt you would have time or bother with that
-I had hoped you would be able to assist the people restore the two towns that had fallen after the main questline
-Staalgarde did not really seem like a town, more like a medium sized fort
-I was hoping I would get the Anvil Armor worn by Yngvarr but I guess it would be pretty dumb wearing armor that symbolizes the enemy

In conclusion I really enjoyed your mod and I like how it was similar yet unique to the vanilla questlines. I have honestly never played any video game for over two hours a day until I started this; I wanted to see what was to come next and could not resist getting back on to play more. This mod is extremely high quality and well-made; hopefully the upcoming mods Rochebere and Luftahraan will keep up to the standards of this mod. Honestly I thought out of the three big mods coming this one would not be the best because the others were completely different from Skyrim and this looked like same old Nordic Skyrim; but now I will be surprised if the others are more amazing than this.

Thank you for this DLC and Bethesda would be stupid not to hire you ;)

Considering this is a place to post spoilers...

This is great and all Alex, but wouldn't the ending still happen if Agnar and the Traveller just stayed in Amber Creek and waited it out? :P

In response to post #8454137.

Waited it out from what point? After Yngvarr gets all the keys? In a way. The summoning of Ahkrinviing, and Yngvarr's death would still occur, albeit at potentially a different time. But without the sacking of Staalgarde to remove Yngvarr's army, without that decisive strike who knows what they would have done following Yngvarr's death. Also, maybe the dragon wouldn't have shown up were it not for Agnar Borvaldur, descendant of Olav Borvaldur (Whom was giving the heart). Nobody will ever be certain. :P

In response to post #8454843.

Lets see, the clues, Skeever sees it from afar ?, Mudcrab sees it up close ? ....believe that was the written clue right ?

Take a look at the Animal plaques hanging on the walls.

I started the quest 'A Craftsman's Finest' given by Rangarr soon after arriving in Amber Creek, and was immediately given the option of asking Rangarr the following questions:

- What's going on between your family and Garant's?
- How come I've never heard of Garant or his family before?

I realise that this quest could be picked up at any time. But, naturally, at that early stage, I felt that both questions, while relevant in terms of the quest as a whole, were supplied way too early to make sense in me asking.

Would there not be a way (e.g. conditional flag) to hold off the availability of these questions until the player has at least proceeded past the first quest objective?

Thanks for reading. :)

I saw one of the loading screens with text saying, "The Companions have no presence in Falskarr. However, there are similar groups in the northern hold." Shortly after that, I found the Northern Pass, with it's blocked, impassable doors inside.

So, can we look forward to a new hold to explore in the future?
