What Fallout really needs are some clothes and armors from VOTOMS. Deadworld Sunsa and Quent really fit in the wasteland theme, and the Gilgamesh Confederation's pilot suits would be a great addition.

A massive Fist of the North Star mod would be awesome, as long as the player is fighting alongside Kenshiro.

Fighting alongside Kenshiro? I'd have to store all of my stuff since he can handle combat. In the nice, gory style of the ultra-violent 80's that we all know and love.

Well, you'd be wandering and fighting these guys. You'd meet up with Kenshiro in time to witness some important fight, while you are mobbed by more generic thugs with terrible mohawks.

And now I have a brilliant idea... replacing all raider battle cries, pain sounds, and death noises with those from God Hand.
