Well, while there are a few treehouse mods around none match the design and attention of this one. Nice location & the interior design and layout is excellent and the inclusion of a small quest to get it is great as well. I've tried probobly around 20-30 house mods and only use 3 (1 for breezehome, 1 for proudspire & Elysium Estate), now that number has increased to 4
I think a few more screenshots posted in the general images would help advertise this mod, the front page is cool but another clip giving a tour of the interior features would be a good idea. Great work so thx to everyone who contributed to this home

Edit: endorsed and have a kudo for packing this as esp and bsa, I wish more modders would do that

This is, by far, one of the most awesome player house mods ever! I entered it after finishing the quests and immideately fell in love with everything in there You did an awesome job mister!

Excellent player home and nice little quest to get it. The fight was tougher than I expected.
I really like Tanner. I made her follower capable in my game, I hope you do not mind. Sadly I had to lose the fantastic British accent to do so.

There is a little bit of a T.A.R.D.I.S. effect. But it isn't incredibly noticeable.

Great home. Some issues however. The rope ladder isn't useable, and the trapdoor is one way. I don't really like how the roots stick out of the ground all pointy like, but that's more subjective. And one definitely needs to download a texture pack for HD trees with this mod. Overall, I really like the house, especially the music inside the home.

mazdian I think the trapdoor is an escape route so it would be one way

The rope ladder I thought was just decoration because, well, Skyrim and animation. Characters can't climb it, and it wouldn't lead to a loading screen like the one indoors. The trapdoor outside does work, but it's only one rung and you have to find it...I think all the outdoor step things for the trapdoor ought to work for it, though, because it is difficult to find.
