You'll ALWAYS want to get your mods going through the "Oblivion Mod Manager".
1. Open Oblivion Mod Manager and go to "Create"
2. Click "Add Archive"
3. Locate the ".Zip" or ".esp" file that you would like to open
4. Open it and click "create omod" (Click Yes to anything it asks you when you create it.)
5. It will then be displayed on the right side of the window in the Oblivion Mod Manager.. (Green Square means disabled, Blue Square means Enabled)
6. Click the mod in the RIGHT side of the window you wish to add, and activate it. (Be sure not to have Oblivion open while doing ANY of this.)
7. You're done! Open Oblivion and enjoy!

Thanks for the great mod. However, I do have a question. In total, the set costs over 100k g. Is that the only way of obtaining it because that price point seems quite steep.

@SuicidalCabbage
You can always cheat...
Open the console and type: player.additem 0000000f #<meaning number of gold you want<

Try making a mod for the armor in Diablo II it looks more badass in the old game
