Oh, and more enemy types, too.

This shouldn't be a problem. Since the game is apparently going to entail running around parts of Tamriel along with parts of Oblivion, we should be able to get many more enemy types. For instance, Oblivion should have a more plentiful variety of Daedra and ... dare I hope? ... the Dwemer.

This is a pointless poll.

All of the above.

Two player would be nice but not really necessary I think. Especially not if it means they'd have to compromise on the single player aspect.

True. If done right, it could be two-player, but I'm happy with single.

I've never agreed with the whole trend of creating these huge, almost plotless MMORPGs. It just seems like a way to cash in on a franchise without actually putting effort into creating a really tight, epic atmosphere. The same thing goes with how I feel about multiplayer. I think there are certain games out there that have great a single-player plot, and they also manage to pull off multiplayer well. However, there are many more games that fail in one or both of these aspects.

My fear for Oblivion is this: BethSoft will focus on creating multiplayer for the X2 and the PS3 while letting the single-player plot take a backseat. The specific reason I chose Morrowind in the first place was because it had no multiplayer aspect, leaving the designers to solely focus on the single-player. With Oblivion, I fear that they may do with the plot what they did with the character models in Morrowind.

Does anybody have that copy of GameInformer yet?

It might be nice to have a 2 player option, but unfortunately it's already been confirmed that it will be single player only... all the other stuff in the list is good though :D

dare I hope? ... the Dwemer.

Not going to happen. There is sufficient reason and explanation for the Disappearence of the Dwarves that having them make a reappearence would constitute a major defiance of lore and fact. The Dwarves are gone and are not going to come back.

I dont think a two player engines necessary either, but the graphics and engine need an oil, thats my vote, the graphics.
