Well, would you? I'm trying it out for the first time at the moment, great advantages but also the serious disadvantage of not being able to trade or use services.

im certainly planning 2 become a vampire, just havent got around 2 it yet (i need 2 build up a decent char whos NOT the nerevarine cos if u r u become immune 2 vampirism)

well when I played as a nord; I became a vampire so that I could become a vampire hunter. I thjink it is writin in Vampires of Vavanderfell 1 or 2 <can't remember> that there is an elite group of vampire hunters that had previosly been vampires. But they wouldn't say how they where cured incase some thrill seekers tried to do it. <I roleplay my characters a BIT to much.> Well after been cured I killed ever single vampire in Morrowind <Downloade a Quest Plugin for the Quarra and became an Ancient>

I don't think its worthwhile becoming a vampire, although if you use a longblade then its worth becoming one for about half an hour. The disadvantages are just too great when compared to the advantages, especially if you have no healing spells or don't have any alchemy skill (vampires can't heal when they sleep).

No, not being able to fast travel just sucks hardcore. as for the 100% Disease Resistance you can still contact vampirisim with that its just really really rare. I let a vampire whack me for awhile when i nerevarine and got infected after about the 10,000 time he hit me. i actualy had to take all my armor off and cast a drain speed spell onmyself just so the poor slob could hit me.

where did you find the vampire hunters?

if you ask me they must be in molag amur, i mean somewhere where they dont want to be seen

maybe, but molag amur is a big place and I don't wanna search all over that place with my wimpy vampire character in level 4, that's too dangerous

You can't find the vampire hunters <that I know off> they where in a book in the secret library of vivec. I "roleplayed" my character to follow the same path as the vampire hunters. Become infected, rise to the head of the quarra clan <although it is not said where the vamp hunters stood as in ranks in the clans> get cured and then kill every single vampire.

Guess I seem to be the only one that panicked when i became a vampire.
I thought I lost the game or something.

Thx to the faqs online i found the cure, now I have found out that there are vampire quests. But now i done the cure vampire quest and cant become a vampire again .
Guess ill have to make a new char just for vampirequests.

By the way is morag tong the one and only assassin guild ? Since there seems to be no way in joining the cammona tong.
I like killing things in Morrowind in pure psychopath style but want to do it for once in quests, hehe.

Tons of guards running after your ass every time you visit a city can become boring... Nothing my Deathcoil cant handle though(enchanted daikatana)
