Ah, I knew it! And it has nothing to do with the gda file.
I didn't exactly used the original item made by sabrine so I didn't realize he/she putted human restriction on his/her original items. xD
I have re-uploaded the file. I think you should be able to equip it on elf now.
First, remove the old files. (not the whole mod, be careful)
Then merge my folders with sabrine's. It has to ask you to overwrite. If it doesn't, that mean you have putted it in the wrong place.

Great and all, but one of the armors conflicts with Armor of the Devout by cgramnaes. :/ this is easily fixed, but you ought to mention this in your info and see about offering a fix for less tech-savvy people.

And about swords on hips- you can do animation when character draw his sword from hips?
