Minions to ash when changing area

Whenever I go from one area to another (like from exterior to a cave), any minions following me (not those conjured though, only those that are reanimated) will turn immediately to ash and die, even though their cooldown is still going on.. Now I have heard this might be a vanilla issue that can be solved using the unofficial Skyrim patch, patch that I have on the latest version, and yet the issue persists so I don't know what might be causing it. I've tried using a script that stops reanimated bodies from turning to ashes upon their death, which solved the problem, but I later started experiencing CTDs so this won't cut it neither. I need something that would simply stop them from going to ashes whenever they go from one area to another, or something that stops them from turning to ashes in all cases, leaving their bodies on their death (preferably not in a script form like the one I used. Maybe by using the CK and altering the very spells of reanimation, stopping them all from turning the bodies to ashes? Although the spells I have are specific to the Necromancy Mod I use, a mod which uses its own spells and perks, and no, I highly doubt the problem comes from the mod since I've read about people having the same problem with the vanilla spells). Any idea?
