Ok guys, whenever I approach Whiterun and I end up with the Giant attacking the companions, the game will freeze or (very rarely) CTD whenever I get close to the situation. This is what Papyrus is telling me:

Spoiler

Can anybody help me as I have no idea on how to interpret this file...

Well for starters you want to look around the time it crashed. The very last line suggests that there's a problem with Footprints and giants or it could be skyBirds. To show you specifically what I'm looking at:

[08/19/2013 - 07:49:49PM] ~~~~~ Footprints: Switching to SKSE Footprints, SKSE Installed ~~~~~
[08/19/2013 - 07:49:51PM] [skyBirds]Loading HearthFires factions.
[08/19/2013 - 07:49:53PM] [skyBirds]Loading Dragonborn factions.
[08/19/2013 - 07:50:02PM] Error: (000C97D2): cannot enable an object with an enable state parent.
stack:
[ (000C97D2)].ObjectReference.Enable() - "<native>" Line ?
[C00GiantAttack (000C97D9)].QF_C00GiantAttack_000C97D9.Fragment_0() - "QF_C00GiantAttack_000C97D9.psc" Line 53

Disable those and see if you still crash. If the scripts are baked into the save, try using a save prior to their installations and see if the problem persists.

Strange thing is....This is no save game...It's run by the coc command in the console: COC Whiterun. Also, I do not have Footprints installed...Which is weird, aint it?

Any more input?

If you have running scripts from mods you no longer have installed, then you somehow missed something when trying to restart your game. I suggest you go to the STEP Guide and follow the instructions for reverting to a vanilla Skyrim-- it is more thorough than using the standard uninstall via stream, and is faster, too.

[08/19/2013 - 07:48:39PM] Memory page: 128 (min) 512 (max) 2147483647 (max total)

You have set a ridiculous value for Papyrus memory settings in your ini file and it has caused your saves to become permanently corrupted.

My mod even checks this for you and gives you a warning:

[08/19/2013 - 07:49:42PM] *******************************************************************************
                          [skyBirds]Your Skyrim INI setting "iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes" is extremely large.
                          [skyBirds]Please fix this, otherwise your savegames will become corrupted at some point.
                          [skyBirds]Recommended "iMaxAllocatedMemoryByte" values are 76800 to 2457600 (default is 76800).
