You need the heart of the Priest of Arkay. If you don't have that, consoling might work.

How to start the quest ? I just installed and at level 47

There should be a quest that points you towards a Vigilants of Stendarr party that's gone missing in the Reach. If nothing appears after fast travelling, it'll get complicated. You'll need to manually ste NecroQuest01 stage to 10 (I think).

Hey guys I need help.I have all the ingredients for the ritual except black pearls,I have none of them :c and I have been waiting for days and days but he broker won't sell any.Does anyone know what to do,or is there a console command for player.additem black pearl?Thanks.
