Where are the lairs??

I found the solitude sewers and they were full of guards, how do you change it to a lair? i already talked to the broker and bought the upgrades.

also, where is the tower?

You've already visited Ravenscorn Tower earlier on during the quest. That's where you go after finding the caravan's remnants.
You'll have to clean the Sewers of guards (or at least sneak around them) before you reach your home.

i talked to the broker, i bought all the things, i went to the solitude sewers. but i have no idea what to do. there are no quest markers. i remember after i killed the necromancer guy and got the tome of unlife and the mass re-animate body spell thing, i got a ledder from the broker. there still wasnt a quest marker but i happened to remember where the broker was when i just randomly stummbled apon her shack. and when i was talking to her about the worm king or what ever on the top left corner it said (you are not a required skill to do this) and still no quest markers! im so confused someone please help me get back on track on this quest to become a lich or what ever D:

Buy it from the Broker.

 

If it doesn't appear after buying it, never mind. It didn't appear for me and everything went well.

I bought all the upgrades to the Solitude Sewers from the broker, activated the Phy... something, and have the Elixir of Defilation, but the ritual won't work. I use the Unbind Soul spell for the ritual, and then use the elixir, am I doing something wrong?

Ignore these posts, I uninstalled the mod because it screwed up some of the scripts in the game and forced my to trash my save.

If it doesn't appear, that's no biggie. Just proceed with the ritual. If you die and reload, you might have to pump up your health via console. If you DON'T enter bleedout, you probably need to lower your health. For me, the sweet spot was between 250 and 300.

So, the first time i was in apocrapha i used some console commands to mova about as i couldnt see the lycre things. I then did that section properly. Now I come to do the ritual and i dont have the unbind soul spell. Help?
