[Drumber]

- Attempt to fix neck seam. In the vanilla game it's impossible to get no neck seam. There is a way to fix it by fixing vertex normals and editing the EGT files. No promises but I'll try.
- Generally edit EGT files.
- New diffuse for females.
- Re-do ghouls (headmeshes and completly new normals)
- Apply changes to all NPC's in game
