Hello , from when woudl start the tickling of a uploaded file appearence on the nexus , from when its pusblished or from when its uploaded?

 

As I have uploaded and took a couple hours to fix all stuff etc and then the server need to propagate so I was waiting to publish , but I do not want the file to sink into the obkivion of the thousands of other mods uploaded in the mainwhile ... so how does that works?
