Horses are a good feature, but it's not at the top of my list of wants.
*Drools over new combat engine.*
Combat Enhanced, anyone?

Just for clarification, I don't mean make the combat engine like POP2's, I mean as intuitive as it.

"Right now we're working on our dynamic compass that will show you how close you are to dungeons while wandering the forests or where the person is that you need to talk to make a quest progress,"
Instead, the game will include a revised fast travel map that will hopefully eliminate a great deal of the annoying repetitive travel over long distances.
i just don't like these ideas...i don't want something to tell me where i need to go next or a magic device that beams me directly to any location in the game...the best part of morrowind, for me, was wandering off aimlessly trying to find something to do...it just isn't the same when i'm walking around and i see a little green dot blinking on my map telling me who to talk to for the next quest...
i just don't think it will be as easy to get immersed in a world with "improved fast travel" and a magic map that tells me where to go...
lame... <_<

If by fast travel, they mean things like the Silt Strider, I'm fine. But if it's like Fable's warp wherever and whenever you want to system, I'll be pissed. But hey, it's just a game - it's not like the world is over. It'll likley be fun anyway, so I'm done complaining. For now. :bleh:
I bet the fast travel will be something similar to a silt strider, such as boats and carriages or something. I highly doubt they would just stick in a 'warping' type of feature, as that would break too far from the lore, which is something they definitely WON'T be doing.

what's the point of having a game where you can "go anywhere and do anything" if the game tells you where to go and what to do?
bah..anyway, i know i'm not the first person to rant about this kind of thing...i just hope it can be modded (i'm sure it can), removing all the 'mainstream' features...
