[Descivii]

I was playing just fine and quit last night then when resuming today, I have a strange corruption/glitch. I am playing through the Helgen reborn and I am in Shriekwind Bastion, when I leave/load into skyrim the screen turns brown, all my powers scroll down the upper left corner of screen and my player runs and turns in high speed. player.forceav speedmult has no effect. and sometimes it crashes if I try to continue playing at this ridiculous speed.  I haven't saved any of this behavior and as far as I can tell I can revert to a save prior to the whole mission and it seems normal.

What could cause such an odd glitch/corruption?
