I was just wondering, at the begining of the game you get to chose your birthsign, how on earth would you know what your birth sign is you don't know who your parents are and where/ when you were born? It's not like the old man your make your character with gives you the magic powers that come with the sign!... Coments?

The Nerevarine prophecies are clear about the day of the Nerevar's rebirth. The references to "of uncertain parents" may mean that the prophecies are unclear on the parents or that history will be unclear about parentage. It doesn't necessarily mean that the Nerevar knows nothing about his or her parents. Many orphans have known their parents.

They don't say the SIGN though, right? Just that the Neravarine will be born under the aspect of Secunda. Where are the constellations, anyway?

yeah, neravarine is the re incarnation name of Lord neravar you see this because the lack of knowledge your character has when he starts out.

but about the whole dark elf thing yeah you would think the neravarine would be one but I am always an imperial which is like the total opposite because one of the main things about the prophecies was that they wanted to drive the imperials out of morrowind
