I can't launch oblivion with the component dll's through OBSE launcher, it says that FastMM_FullDebugMode.dll is missing. When I remove the 4 files it will start again. Any solution?

Hmm downloaded this mod VIA NMM green button, and it downloaded... But when it won't activate. It doesn't appear in my data files at all.
Just wondering if anyone knows how to solve this?

This must not appear in the data files and must not be activated, since it's an OBSE plugin, not an esp.
Ensure you have the latest OBSE version and ensure the plugin is in the right folder (Data/OBSE/Plugins)

I'm not sure if NMM installs this correctly. a A lot of Oblivion mods are poorly or specially packed; NMM just takes the archive's content files and puts them into the Data folder.
Nope, I just checked. It should install this correct.
But to verify, you need to check in your data folder, in the OBSE/Plugins folder. It should be there.
Also make sure you start the game through the OBSE launcher. (There are some Newbies who sometimes forget to)

Help! after installing this mod all my battle so far is in kinda slow mo... i figure it something to do with the fpsSlowmo but its not in the ini file. infact most of the stuff tat mention in the description is not in the ini. i using OSR 4-1-37. other than that this mod is awesome!!!

Unfortunately, much of the description is outdated and I can't seem to find correct documentation on the current version.
Try disabling the bManageFPS option in the MAIN section in the ini file; This will disable all slowmo related stuff, which will probably help.

yea tat solve the slowmo, but it also made most everything else lags again
. i wonder which FPSmanage option responsible for the slowmo efect.
I notice even the training animations in the imperial arena waiting room is in slow mo. im not using any animation mod btw.
any idea anyone?
