I am at the Black Horse Courier in the Imperial City and suddenly there appears a writing saying "new topic - the case of the missing body, available". I talked to everybody in the room and none of the npc's present has such a topic available. In the mod description it is written that this rumor can be gathered only from Skingrad citizens while I am in the Imperial City. So is it a bug? If so, can it be fixed?
