should be in fallout3 install folder.

ex:
C:Program FilesBethesda SoftworksFallout 3

I really think its cute, but it does seem somewhat.. Out of place. Maybe if it looked a bit more.. fallouty. It kinda looks more like an anime thing.

It seems you did a good job making it, but imo, I find it to be way too anime styled and really doesn't look like it fits in with the rest of the Fallout world. I would like to see one done like the actual Vault Girl seen in the Black Widow perk icon. Overall It seems good but just not for me.

Its a nice idea, just the current girl you used looks out of place. Maybe look at the "Black Widow/Lady Killer" perk icon and try to make a version that looks like the vault girl from that.

I like this, definatly cute but it looks more like a anime girl then a vault girl, I really like the idea but it'd fit the game more if it looked like the rare Vault Girl that is displayed in some perks.
