I'm not sure about the hacking down trees part, but I the NPC's having dynamic relationships with each other might happen. We can't really tell til they release more information about what exactly Radiant AI can do, however.
I expect

well, I want to see a bit less loading screens and better graphics but they shouldnt max out all of there money on graphics or it will trn into a hack n slash. but I was very very disapointed when fable was only like 12 hours long! I payed a lot for that stupid game and it was too short to even bother with

being able to write books - write notes on sheets of paper and pay to have them bound.
Go to google and search for "morrowind enhanced" and download Inscription, Writing enhanced, Combat Enhanced, Journal Enhanced, Morrowind Enhanced(to run them all), and that will solve a lot of the problems i see people wanting to change.
Also, I'm hoping Oblivion will have a fully destructible environment that can grow back(like trees and such) and i want to be able to leave marks on thinks, lut cut lines into walls and trees and such, wouldn't that be great?

I doubt that'll happen....sadly. But hopefully they'll have a physics engine, although I don't know if they could keep up the amount of objects that Morrowind had onscreen, all using the physics engine, and not have any slowdown. Also, I'm hoping Oblivion will have a fully destructible environment that can grow back(like trees and such)...

Wouldn't the physics engine be ignoring most of the objects most of the time? Also, we don't need PERFECT physics, leave THAT for project Phoenix
There were some questions about whether soft meshes were possible. I think they would be so long as they were only 'draped' (or whatever the word would be) immediately after being dropped, or moved. Dynamic would be a lot harder.
EDIT: No, I wasn't serious. It'll be the storyline that's most likely to be perfect.
None of these:

I hope you aren't serious, are you? If Oblivion doesn't have it, Phoenix won't. Those kind of things are part of the engine, and probably impossible to edit.
And anyway, perfect physics simulation already exists. It's just a problem of getting the hardware advanced enough to support it in a realtime game. No amount of software work is going to do that, you've just got to wait until the hardware catches up to what's available.
