I've recahed WB mod limit, is there a way to merge mods together?

Is there a tutorial on how to merge mods because I can't image it would be easy.

 

Is this the correct program?

Well I can't get tes4gecko to work and tes5edit freezes when loading some esps, and since it needs the whole load order to be loaded so the formids can be renumbered I can't use that either.

 

I was following this tutorial, isn't there a way to do it by only loading the mods you want to merge and not the whole list?

Guess I'm just gonna have to start disabling mods, man it's not easy picking ones to get rid of.
