i made a custom race based on the brawler body mod for breeze males my question is how can i may him more hulk like.  I am roleplaying him as a mutant

You could recolour the brawler body texture green then add make a green version of the normal head texture?

not quite what i had in mind.  i mean make him more bulky larger?

If you just want to make him a little bigger try SetScale.
