I purchased a premium membership about 20 minutes ago and, even though I have the invoice where the payment was processed, my premium membership isn't working. I still have the "Go Premium" button on the main page and NMM also has the "Go Premium" button at thebottom. I am unable to select the premium serverand increase the number of threads for downloads. Can anyone please assist? Thanks in advance!!

Your post is showing up with the Premium icon, and your profile group is "Premium Member", so the system is at least partly aware of your Premium status.

 

Sometimes one must log out of the Nexus sites and then log back in before the site fully recognizes the new Premium membership. Please give it a try.
