your best off looking all over morrowind mainly in dungeons and such near Tel Bemora(rather than just in mornehold) (spelling ?) admitium armour is kinda garbagey IMO a lot of the quests there (faction) will lead you in and near many dungeons( i suggest you make use of this one sweep opertunity but make sure you have all the equipment and such you need. And you could just get loads of money and poo and just buy from the "special" High ordinator in God's Reach in morunehold he sells it to you at certain conditons( My brain went kaput cant remember em....although i believe its a money issue)

You can get most of it during the quest to clear the profaned shrine for the temple. Go downstairs as far as you can in the Temple. There is no stash though, just scattered pieces of ore in the rocks in four or five different areas. There is enough ore to make a suit of adamantium armor but not much more. The last few pieces are in another area and a later quest. If you do the main quest and explore all the areas you find under Mournhold, you'll get them all.

also, mix yourself some potions of Light, Telekinesis, and Fortify Strength. That stuff is heavy, and some is embedded in the roof of caverns.

As far as I knew, there wasnt any Adamantium Ore in Morrowind. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it should ALL be in Mournhold. Kind of like with Bloodmoon, I've never found the raw form of Ice Armour (whatever it is... stalrihm?) anywhere in Morrowind.

There may be a mod that puts some in. I sicced the guy on the bridge (Jonus Maximus?) on Who's-His-Face, the Imperial. Had to finish him off, though. Got almost a full set of Adamantium Armor, a full Imperial Templar uniform, and an Adamantium Mace.
