So I have started working on a mod but I am having a problem. I have been working on the player home of the mod first and in the creation kit it looks fine but when I checked it out in game I got this....

This is happening at various points throughout the area. I am expanding Reachcliff Cave to include the player home and that is where this problem is coming up. Any ideas on what is going on?
