Just a small request, can someone make a mod where you can select a specific potion effect and the ingredients with that effect will be the only ones that show up? I have a massive amount of ingredients and it gets a bit tedious trying to find the ones with the effects I need.

 

If theres a mod that does this, please post a link to it.

I think that even if it's possible, it will work only with OBSE and it will be REALLY hard to make such mod. A very high-skilled modder needed.

The alchemy assistant in Knights of the Nine Revelation will fetch ingredients by effect for you (as well as sort all the ingredients you're carrying). He'll be available after you finish the questline and purchased the appropriate home upgrades.
