Very easily if you play on PC, impossible on xbox although I think there you can become master of two.
On PC you can download the mod that lets you play all three or simply join all three factions through the console - pcjoinfaction"redoran" etc. (Using the consoleyou can only construct one stronghold although all three are yours. I presume with the mod you can do all the stronghold quests but I have never played it.)
On xbox start as House Redoran or Telvanni. When you reach the point in the main quest where you become Hortator of House Hlaalu talk to Duke Dren about the Camonna Tong. You will then find yourself a member of House Hlaalu. You can do all their quests except the stronghold quests if you wish. Alternatively if you talk to the Duke again about the Camonna Tong you jump to the top.

pcjoinfaction"imperial knights" etc.
You will find that you DO join the faction.
You can then type pcraiserank"Imperial Knights" until you get to the top. But there are no quests attached to this faction so it serves little purpose to belong to it.
There are IIRC only two joinable factions that do not show up in your stats - Dark Brotherhood and Nerevarine.
Certain factions (Talos Cult, Sixth House, Twin Lamps) have no ranks, so the raiserank command does nothing.
You can join all game factions via the console. There are several others too including Camonna Tong, Her Hands, Royal Guard, Census and Excise but the same comment applies as with Imperial Knights, there are no quests so what is the point?
If you choose to join them all for 'completeness' be advised that you should not use the console to join the Morag Tong or you'll screw up the opportunity to play the quests. Also even though you can join all three vampire clans you can actually only play as one in the game.
The only factions it serves much purpose to join via the console are the three great houses, if you don't have the mod mentioned in an earlier post, the Camonna Tong if you want to use their trainers and the Ashlanders as they will be nice to you from the start.
I hope this is clear.

I received your PM and have replied, so now you should have no problem in joining these factions.
You need only type what I posted. There is no need for player, or arrows.
