The boltgun uses 17mm ammo.
And your .esp have somg errors of texture.
Mebey you can use better sound.

I'm not really bothered what ammo it uses aslong as it works

Very nice, I've been looking for a good bolter mod. I don't see any of the errors other people are complaining about, it works fine for me. I don't mind that it uses 17mm ammo at the moment, it makes it easier to resupply ammo anyway. Only thing is that it's a bit overpowered. But hey, we're talking about a gun that shoots bullets that explode on contact so maybe it's just meant to be overpowered.

Loving this thing! There are a few problems though. As people have said before the texture keeps flashing on the clip. Also the sound seems kinda... weak. On the ammo thing, I'm happy that you are using one of the default ammos because there might be conflicts with other mods that many people use if you made a custom ammo for the bolter.
Also is there a way to make it semi-auto or burst fire?

Maybe this is a bit strange, but I can`t see why this gun can`t be a bolter pistol, instead of rifle. Model is awesome, thouhg. Well, all but clip, anyway. 
P.S.: Now I see. Model just too big. Kind of strange for human even hold this monster in one hand. And animation...

after i applied the textures with the geck i noticed the clip is off center that might be causing the flashing texture
