Hi again, I wanted to ask what causes CTDs upon fast travel? I managed to eliminate my freezing issue by trimming down my mod list but now I have this whole new other issue. It just happened as I was stress testing my game. I went CTD and freeze free while running around Skyrim and spawning huge NPCs battles, so far so good then I decided to test if I'd get an infinite loading screen, when I fast traveled I CTD. I tried reproducing it, fast traveling as many times as I could without crashing. The first try I CTD on the fifth fast travel. The next try I fast traveled for 15+ times but I didn't CTD. How weird can you get Skyrim?!
HELP?

Go ahead and use "Enhanced Blood Textures" In it's complete form. It's stable, I tested it again recently. Other than that your mod list looks great. You don't NEED to stay at 20-30 mods. You don't need to avoid world edits or scripts entirely, just try to stay reasonable. My baseline modlist has 67 plugins. My total mod list has around 100.

Three Possibilities come to mind:
1. You .inis make sure they are vanilla +Necessary edits.
2. Cloaking Scripts like Wet & Cold are likely to cause ILSs occasionally
3. Overload of Data. If that is the case, reducing your textures sizes may help.

I crashed right before I got to Riverwood, so it must be related to actors spawning. I have a couple of companion mods. I also made it to level 101 by making some skills legendary, maybe the game had trouble spawning actors due to my high level??? Reading thru it seems that Better Vampires mod could had cause it, so maybe add the mod only after becoming a vamp? This is a totally new install, with a new fresh save. I have CleanMem and other things installed and running, I followed this guide back when you 1st made it like 6+ months ago. So most of the stuff from back then it's still installed and tweaked.

It would appear that the source of your issue is Better Vampires failing to initialize. The errors thrown are the result of the mods not being initialized when their scripts are referenced. In fact, upon second glance many mods were yet to be initialized prior to their errors being flagged. I'm not entirely sure how to fix that. First of all, it is directly related to the amount of mods using MCM you have installed.SkyUI's Author covers the issue here. He suggests saving and reloading, but I would go so far as to suggest you revert to a previous save that is NOT dependent upon those mods(hopefully you have one) and don't install mods until you talk to Gerdur/Alvor in Riverwood. From there head to an interior, save and then add the mods. Load up your save, save once more(do not overwrite saves) and then reload that save. From there, wait until SkyUI registers ALL of your MCM mods. From there, run the test in section 4G, see if you crash. If you DO, we have other underlying issues. I also suggest reverting your .ini of any tweaks that aren't necessary. Even the ones that were once featured here should be removed. A vanilla ultra .ini is what I run(Also ENB necessary tweaks and Vurt's Flora Overhaul tweaks). STEP tweaks are also not exempt, especially if you've added any parameters related to Z-Fighting.
BTW good to see you again, I remember you from a good long time ago. With the conversation about SSDs and whatnot. I suggest that you have a once over of the revised guide, much has changed here since then. In any case, if the aforementioned techniques do NOT solve your issues; be sure to come on back and we'll get you sorted out!

Glad you remember me, I've been a hiatus playing other games and now I realized I have never beaten this damn game lol. So I wanna get serious now and not play with so many sexy mods but only with ones that make the game look pretty and that's it.
This was a fresh install, so the ini is default and on it I only changed a few things for Project ENB. I don't have a save without mods, I didnt think I would need it. Can I diable the mods, start a new game, talk to gertus, then enable them?

Ok, getting excited!
I "might" (and I use that word loosely) be getting somewhere.
I started a new game with only the unofficial patches and the DLC's enabled, did Helgen, went to Riverwood and spoke to Alvor, saved my game (outside, does that matter?) and called it "Clean Start". Followed your instructions for COC commands and saved again called "Test Character". I then quit the game, and began installing my selected mods one by one, according to S.T.E.P ordering (making sure to include any special .ini tweaks ala Flora Overhaul and Bellyaches Creature Pack). For each mod I went into the game and tested for 5 mins to try and target/interact with something that the mod changes. If it worked, I went back out, installed another..... rinse repeat. It's taken me 5.5 hours to install just 34 mods (17 plugins), HOWEVER.....
With everything installed as per my list above (minus EBT and the Immersive Weapons/Armours) I ran the stability tests for 15 minutes. Ripping about the place like a madman, casting, hitting, jumping, spitting and farting my way all over the shop. I fast traveled to every major city and let enemies hit me for a bit. Dun dun dun......15 mins of this and NO crash!!! Now, I don't want to count my chickens just yet because I may not be out of the woods. I've adjusted my cleanmem timings to 15 mins (from 30) and made sure to not run PerfMon alongside my game (as that seemed to cause the "Skyrim has stopped working" issue), which is a bit of a bugbear because I don't know how much RAM/VRAM I'm using. But, in 15 mins, surely I'd of stressed one or the other to the point of a potential CTD...... and the fact I never got one to me suggests the system is coping (for now....)
Soooo, my next step is to load "Clean Start" with all mods enabled, make a new save so the mods bind to that save and try the tests again with the Immersive Mods installed (and maybe that book mod you suggested that replaces the book covers..... looks brill).
In case you're curious, here's my load order:

Going to sleep a happier man tonight!

Yes you can. The testing procedures outline how to make the saves organized and easy to use and test for stability. Glad to see you're around again, be sure to let me know if this helps!

I disabled all mods, started a new game, talked to Gerdur, went to her home, saved, exited, enabled all mods, loaded, went outside, & even waited for a few days. No CTDs so far, looking good. Having some stutters when rotating the camera, It could be cuz I use all the settings on Ultra but no AA and AF 16, maybe I should turn off AF since I am using an ENB?
Even had the stutters when I was playing w/ all the mods disabled, only had the DLCs & the official textures checked in NMM.
My system should handle it:
AMD 8120 @ 3.8GHz
AMD 7970 3GB VRAM
Corsair DDR3 15GB RAM
