Other land masses added by The Black Mill include north of Dagon Fel, East of Ald Daedroth and a biggish landmass NE of Sadrith Mora (download it and check on the map). You might raise the same question on other forums too.

I know exactly were it is, well actually i dont. but i know how to get there!
go to the console and type in coc "sell & sail" exactly as it is. it will take you to a little shack with an argonian, talk to him and buy a boat for 600 septims, you have to buy the boat before you can buy a gallion, then buy the galleon for 205000 septims and dont forget to pick up the boat repair kits!

(NOTE: if any of you were smart enough you would have loooked for it in the construction set just like me and saved yourself a lot of time)
