if anyone is interested, id be willing to pay for a ballgag mod that's works on human and elf females, if its possible.

Offering to pay for mods, or to mod for pay, is expressly forbidden under the games' EULAs and the Nexus ToS. 

Such solicitations will get your account banned. 

Just don't do it.

Period.
