I don't really think a ghillie suit in the wasteland is really practical, you'd stand out as a man-shaped bush in an almost barren terrain.

Depends if you use those green Wasteland mods or not.

Thats the closest thing I've seen to a ghillie suit. Kinda sucks but it might hold us over until something better comes out. Not sure if has any special values like sneak or invisibility either.
