Hello, I've my character at lvl 20 now, with his Personality attribute at 62.

I'm trying to do a well.. "stupid" quest, cause I'm a quest-compulsioner ^^

this quest is the Namora's Daedric quest, which you need Personality att below 20.

I can't simple drink things to lower it like cheap whine cause it does not lower enough to.

So. I've used the command "SetAv Personality 19" to start the quest and at the end of the quest "SetAv Personality 62".

This switch between the attribute affect the gameplay?

like, affecting how people like me, or how I gather informations lowering or upgrading with the command?

There will be no lasting effects. Personality is an Ability which determines how well your Character is liked by other People. If you'll set it to the original, people will like or dislike you like they did before you lowered it.
