I searched for this cheat before posting and didn't see it, so if this is a dup...please direct me to the thread...

I have contracted corpus after killing the Dagoth in the sixth house cave...Caius told me to go to Tel Fyr to get cured...unfortunately on a previous visit I killed a corpus victim and the kindly old wizzard is pi##ed and will not cure me now. I can't get my next mission in the main quest unitl I get cured.
I am on x-box. Is there anything to fix this. Will a charm spell work? Cheat?
I have an unreliable source that has said I'm doomed...

I don't know if you can complete the main quest or not if you have corprus. In the future, bring a high-level Chameleon or short (10-15 sec.) Invisibility echantment


EDIT: Hadn't thought of that one! Might take more than one, though. Where's it come from, anyway?

If your asking where the corpus came from...I got the corpus in a 6th house cave while completeing a mission for caius. After you kill the Dagoth as requested by spymaster flash Caius...Dagoth curses you with his last dying breath. I don't see a way too avoid it, but I am going go back and try to fake him out on an earlier saved game....

Ok Telavanni Bug Musk it is. I shall drink until I am irresistable...

Nah, I was talking about Bug Musk. It's apparently havested from beetles, but I don't think they mean shalk. The only way to 'fake out' Serjo Dagoth, there, is to kill him before he's inside the detection range of the script. Don't remember just how far that is, though, and don't know how that translates ingame.

You cannot avoid getting Corprus, getting permanently cured of it is necessary for you to fulfil the Nectarine Prophecies.

i didn't get corprus by some miracle, i was walking through the cave killing things and i thought, why bother, so i cast a fire damge spell 200ft on target and i killed everything in the cave. bottom line is i found the guys body, dead, and i didn't have corprus. (then i relised i needed it so i could by cured of it so i had to cheat to get corprus)

There IS another thing I was wondering. Are Corprus Beasts even contagious?

Ermmm, OTHER than Blight diseases?
