Hey, I know this topic has been done a lot, but I have read through a lot of these topics on Nexus forums and other sites to no avail. I've tried researching computer parts, but with no previous knowledge, it takes me hours to try and comprehend what all the numbers mean, and I end up body slamming myself onto my bed in frustration. It's a miracle I can even post on the Internet at all.
I've gone ahead and assembled a list of items that in the end I'm hoping will somehow fit together into a working computer, and I'll also list my budget and what I plan on using it for as well. Can anybody here help a lowly console gamer get into PC gaming by suggesting better parts and telling me if it will all be compatible and fit together in the end?
BUDGET: $1000-$2000
PURPOSE: GAMING (Skyrim, Fallout), VIDEO EDITING (I'd like to do what Gopher does), MODDING
Anyway, for Skyrim I'm going to be using SMIM, WATER, Amidianborn Book of Silence, ELFX, as well as a couple of script heavy mods like Frostfall. I'd like a quieter computer delivering a constant 60 FPS at Max Ultra Settings at a high resolution like 1080, without needing to overclock anything. I probably won't use an ENB, but if I do it will be one that has the lowest hit on performance to where I would be above 30 FPS all the time.

Will that fit my needs? I found all that on NewEgg. I'm really not sure if it will all fit together or if there are any better parts or deals out there. But I do know that I'd like Intel CPU and MOBO, a G.Skill RAM, and an NVidia GPU, which I think I have in there. I wanted the Nvidia GeForce GTX 680 but it said it was out of stock. I'm aware that my list does not have a cooler/fan, or a monitor/keyboard/mouse etc.
I'd definitely appreciate any advice on this computer build (like telling me if it will even fit together haha), or if you have anywhere I could go to learn more. Thanks!
