I have a bunch of small issues with the game, and ill keep it simple and just list them out and tell what ive done so far to try to fix them:

 

Problems:

1. Arrows when fired do not fire, must go to menu and back to make them fire (IE i can fire 4 arrows, menu, then all will fire at once)

 

2. Sound will lag or not be present. If a wolf attacks me i wont hear it come up behind me, or if i kill it, the sound of the death will play as late as 40 seconds after i have killed and left the battle. happens with scripted dialog, all monsters, and even looting.

 

3. graphics will not load, Such as ill be walking along and all over a sudden grass, trees, and even steps wont load. I have to go to menu and back and then they all load at once.

 

4. when in menu, if i lets say, go to my skill charts, it will make the sound of going to the trees, but the images wont load, i have to go to the pause menu and back to make them load up.

 

WHAT I HAVE TRIED TO FIX THEM: 

 

1. I set my video driver to frames render ahead 1

2. attempted patch dl's

3. Removed all mods

4. re installed

 

Yet all issues persists. Any ideas guys?

So all of this is happening even on a fresh install of the game with no mods? If thats the case, I'd venture to guess its somehting other than just the game maybe, such as bad ram or possibly even hard drive. Probly wouldn't be a bad idea to get MemTest86 and see if it comes up with any errors.
