I solved this by changing "Skyrim.ini" - [Archive] value to "bInvalidateOlderFiles =1" istead of "bInvalidateOlderFiles =0"

The file is located on: Documents/My Games/Skyrim/

Just had to work through this problem myself (migrating to a newly-built PC) and can also confirm that this is the easiest solution I've found so far. Thanks.

Hey bro thanks for the upload could you also upload your skyrim.ini settings, mines is completely different from yours and im wondering if thats affecting it as well cause my armor is still invisible

Got this problem too now. Not just with soem mods, but with the BASE GAME ITSELF! All dawnguard armour = I AM f***ing NAKED/INVISIBLE, NIGG!

Dahell's goin on?!! I tried resets, reinstallign game, removing mods and all related files. Still bugged.
